href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/diario_boe\/txt.php?id=BOE-A-2018-12699\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>RD 1112\/2018<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;due to the exceptions and non-conformity
